Susan Clark assists Consulting4Biz, Inc. clients in understanding the legislative and political process to actualize, their policy goals. An expert in government relations, she stays well-informed of policy issues by maintaining a network of bipartisan contacts at the state capitol, in state agencies, and in specialty organizations and advocacy coalitions. Susan specializes in healthcare and grassroots strategy overseeing C4B’s lobbying activities.
Susan is a registered nurse and previously served as the director of government relations for the Illinois Nurses Association where her work resulted in numerous legislative victories. Since joining Consulting4Biz, Inc., she has successfully achieved legislative victories for the clients she manages.
Before embarking on her career in government relations, Susan pursued a successful career in nursing. It was during this time that she developed a passion for advocacy and lobbying through her involvement in professional nursing associations and community groups. Susan received her degree from the Iowa Methodist School of Nursing in 1969.
As vice president of governmental relations, Susan keeps in daily contact with Illinois’ policy experts so that she can provide her clients a complete and current understanding of the legislative process. During her 12-year career in government relations she has become a proven expert in helping clients reach their policy goals.
